Concordia bags Jewel Towers

Concordia Integrated Facilities Management takes another step forward towards growing their footprint in Dubai Marina. Jewels Towers, located in Dubai Marina is spread over an area of 50 million square feet, with two 20-storey buildings that include world-class amenities, has chosen Concordia as their Facilities Management service provider after a judicious selection process.

As Jewels Twin Towers’ new IFM services provider, Concordia’s scope of work will include Housekeeping, MEP Maintenance, and Security services for the entire project. Sanjay Bhatia, General Manager of Concordia, says, “We are thrilled to win this contract. Jewel Towers is a well-known landmark in the Marina, not only for its unique architecture but also for the quality of the amenities and services available to its residents. It is with great pleasure that we take on this challenge to showcase our high standards of service, and further cement our reputation as a leader in provision of quality services. Our winning strategy is showing results as we offer services that actually add value to the management of any project rather than providing just the “vanilla flavor” many FM companies offer.”

Tamer Bishay, Business Development & Marketing Manager, says, “Unlike many other FM companies in Dubai, Concordia currently delivers most of its services, under the Integrated Facilities Management umbrella, in-house. We have been very focused in where and how we look for growth and that makes us more efficient in the way we deliver our services. As a result, we were able to pass on those efficiencies to our clients by delivering value for money, best-in-class services. Having mobilized this contract along with three other large projects in the last four weeks is a great achievement for our team and that it has further strengthened Concordia’s footprint in Dubai Marina & The Palm.”
