 Trane, a leading global provider of indoor comfort and process solutions and services and a brand of Ingersoll Rand, introduces Airfinity, a complete new range of heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) rooftop units designed to comply with the upcoming European Union (EU) EcoDesign regulations, including the 2018 EcoDesign Directive, and reduce operational and installation costs. The new Airfinity rooftop is a portfolio of light, compact and modular plug-and-play HVAC units that are compatible with wireless technology. The portfolio was designed to save time and costs for replacing and improving efficiency of existing buildings across Europe that require customizable solutions to meet the unique needs of a variety of commercial buildings. New Trane Airfinity rooftop units, ranging from 40 to 250 kW, feature many sustainable enhancements that contribute to energy savings and reduced operational costs of the system.
